Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, Riyal Cart will cover the return shipping cost.

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items. Once approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method, or through an agreed alternative arrangement for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

5. Non-Returnable Items
